Qualifying Party (QP) - Arizona ROC CR-39

Aloe Air and Heating is a new residential HVAC company based in Mesa, serving homeowners across the Phoenix Metro. We're built on clear answers, approved pricing before work starts, photo-backed findings and non-commissioned technicians. We're starting out and looking for a Qualifying Party (QP) with an Arizona ROC CR-39 (Air Conditioning and Refrigeration) qualification to team up with us. You'd be the QP on our ROC license, responsible for supervision and code compliance, and part of building the company from the ground up. What we're looking for: - CR-39 qualification, or a passed ROC CR-39 trade exam, plus the Business Management exam - Enough hands-on HVAC experience to meet ROC's requirement - A clean record with the ROC - Someone who wants to grow with a new company, not just lend a name What you get: - A real seat at the table with a growing Valley HVAC company - A flexible arrangement: a monthly QP fee, revenue share or a path to partnership, depending on how involved you want to be - A field, training or oversight role if you want one Apply with a quick note on your experience and how you'd like to work together.
