Terms of Use

A job board that connects HVAC workers with employers in the Phoenix area. We aren't a staffing agency and we aren't the employer on any listing. Hiring decisions, pay and working conditions are between the employer and the worker.

• Using the site to find and apply to jobs is free.
• Tell the truth on your profile, resume and answers, including your certifications and experience. Employers rely on it, and our fit scores are built from it.
• Fit scores are a quick ranking based on what you told us. They aren't a judgment of you and they don't guarantee an interview.
• We can't promise any employer will respond or hire you.

• Post real, open HVAC and related trade jobs in the Phoenix area, with accurate pay, location and requirements.
• Follow employment laws, including anti-discrimination laws, in your listings and your hiring.
• Use applicants' information only to consider them for your jobs. Don't sell it, share it, or add people to marketing lists.
• No fees charged to applicants, no commission-only schemes presented as jobs, and no listings that are really ads for something else.

Prices are shown on the For Employers page. Standard, Featured and Hiring Pass plans are billed monthly and renew automatically until you cancel. We email you a few days before each renewal so you can take a filled job down with one click. When you cancel, the listing comes down and you aren't charged again; the month already paid for isn't refunded. A free first month needs a card on file and renews at the regular price unless you cancel before it ends.

Payments are processed by Stripe. If something goes wrong with a listing or a charge, email support@phxtechjobs.com and we'll work it out with you.

Featured listings get a better spot on the site, including a chance at the Trending section. We can't guarantee a number of views or applicants.

We can edit or remove listings, profiles or accounts that break these rules, look fraudulent, or put people at risk. If we remove a paid listing for breaking the rules, the fee isn't refunded.

You own what you post: your resume, your profile, your job listings. You give us permission to show it on the site and send it to the people it's meant for, such as sending your application to the employer.

We work hard to keep the site running and accurate, but it's provided as is. We aren't responsible for what employers or applicants say or do, and to the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months.

We may update these terms and will change the date at the top when we do. Continuing to use the site means you accept the update. These terms are governed by the laws of Arizona.
